Like I have stated before, I am not a fighter and I have no medical background. With that being said, one of my biggest concerns and fears has always been weight cut. It’s important to know your body before deciding to put your body through so much stress. I don’t know what is a healthy weight cut but I do know that putting your body through so much is not good, especially during a short amount of time. This can cause your body more harm than good.
