Complete each of the following exercises for 25 seconds followed by a 5 sec rest. Complete 4 sets total = 8 Minutes.

-Lateral Hand walk
-Lateral Commando crawl
-Neutral spine bear crawl
-Forward and reverse commando crawl

Rest 30 secs

Compete the following drop set:
Bicycles – 50, 40, 30, 20, 10
Crunches – 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

Rest 30 secs

Complete the following:
Leg lifts – 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Elevated feet – 10 seconds,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
